PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE:

A public hearing will be held to obtain comments regarding the abandonment of Elizabeth Street in Binghamton during City Council’s regularly scheduled Business Meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at 6:30pm in the second floor atrium of Binghamton City Hall, located at 38 Hawley Street in Binghamton.  Anyone wishing to submit comment for the public hearing can do so electronically by emailing their comments to clerk@cityofbinghamton.com (preferred) or via telephone as the public will not be permitted to attend to this public hearing in-person due to the Mayor’s Executive Order that restricts in-person public access within City Hall.  To participate via telephone during the public hearing, please follow the directions posted here on the day of the meeting.  For any questions, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at (607) 772-7005.
