In the First Floor Conference Room of the Administration & Maintenance Building at the Binghamton-Johnson City Joint Sewage Treatment Plant, 4480 Vestal Road, Vestal, New York 13850 (parking available in the lot in front of the Building). In accordance with local health recommendations, all persons are required to cover their nose and mouth with a mask or cloth face-covering when entering the Building as well as in public areas of the Plant. It is also recommended that at least six feet of social distance be maintained from others.
Although these meetings are open to the public (except for any Executive Session portions of the meeting closed to the public and news media [for example, discussions pertaining to personnel matters or pending litigation]), there is no public comment or audience participation during the meeting.

Entrance to the Plant site is via Gate #2 into the Parking Lot in front of the Administration Building.
