PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE:
Binghamton City Council and the Mayor of the City of Binghamton will hold a public hearing regarding Introductory Ordinance 21-135 Entitled “Bond Ordinance of the City of Binghamton authorizing the construction of various improvements to Mirabito Stadium to comply with the mandates of Major League Baseball, stating the estimated maximum cost of $2,750,000”. This public hearing will take place during the regular City Council Business Meeting on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at 6:00pm being conducted virtually via zoom.
PLEASE NOTE:
This meeting is being conducted in accordance with Chapter 417 of the Laws of 2021 which, in part, authorizes this public body “to meet and take such action authorized by law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorize such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding". These meetings are accessible to the public to observe remotely through the City’s website calendar.
