Mayor Richard C. David will deliver the 2022 Budget Message tonight, Wednesday Sept. 15 at 6 p.m. live on the City of Binghamton’s YouTube channel.
The budget message will be delivered virtually, following Governor Kathy Hochul signing legislation extending virtual access to public meetings under New York State's Open Meetings Law.
