Treasurer's Office hours are weekdays from 9am to 5pm.

If you have been issued a termination notice online payments may not immediately be reflected on your account and your water service may still be terminated. It is highly recommended to pay in person or use another payment method during the water service termination period. If you have any questions, please call the Treasurers Office at (607) 772-7027 during business hours.

• You can look up your water bill by account number or property location.
• Credit/Debit Card or E-Check payments are accepted.
• A nominal convenience fee will be charged for this service, and it will be clearly indicated for your review before approving payment.

• In person payments may be placed in the Treasurer's office payment box located in the 1^st floor Lobby of City Hall (no cash). Cash, check or money order payments can be made in person on the 2^nd floor of City Hall during office hours.
