A Local Law Amending the Code of the City Of Binghamton, Chapter 400, Vehicles and Traffic, Adding the Prohibition of Operation of Off-Road Vehicles in the City Of Binghamton.

The purpose of this Local Law is to amend the Vehicle and Traffic Code of the City of Binghamton to prohibit the operation of off-road vehicles in the City of Binghamton and to impose impound fees on off-road vehicles seized for operating in the City of Binghamton in violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Code of the City of Binghamton. Any person interested and desiring to be heard with reference thereto will be given the opportunity on Wednesday May 8, 2024 at 4:00pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Mayor's Office prior to the public hearing.
