Determination of Significance (CAUD)

In accordance with Chapter 18, Article VI of the Code of the City of Binghamton, the Commission on Architecture and Urban Design is composed of seven City of Binghamton residents (or owners of real property located within the City limits) appointed by the Mayor of the City of Binghamton. In addition, the following individuals serve as Ex-Officio (non voting) members of the Commission: the Mayor of the City of Binghamton, the Director of Planning, Housing and Community Development, the Supervisor of Building Construction, Zoning&Code Enforcement, a member of City Council, the Director of the Binghamton Urban Renewal Agency, the City Engineer, the Director of Parks&Recreation, and Building Inspector II. The Mayor may appoint other Ex-Officio members as appropriate.
