The Traffic Board determines traffic and parking safety regulations. Meetings take place on the second Thursday of the month, at 9:15am in the Planning Conference Room, and are open to the public.
Citizens are encouraged to bring traffic and parking safety questions, concerns and suggestions to the Board's attention by completing application.
In accordance with Chapter 400, Article III of the Code of the City of Binghamton, the Traffic Board is composed of the Deputy Commissioner of Public Safety, an officer from the Bureau of Police, to be appointed by the Chief of Police; a member of the Department of Public Works to be appointed by the Commissioner of Public Works; a member of the Engineering Department to be appointed by the City Engineer; a member of City Council to be appointed by the President of City Council. Advisory members of the Board include representatives from Police, Public Works and the Binghamton Metropolitan Transportation Study.

Meetings are the 2nd Thursday of the month at 9:15am, unless otherwise noted below.
Meetings are held in City Council Chambers at City Hall.
