In accordance with the City of Binghamton's adopted Optional City Government Law, the Civil Service Commission is composed of three City of Binghamton residents appointed by the Mayor of the City of Binghamton.

Meetings are held the 3^rd Wednesday of each month at 3pm, unless otherwise noted below.

Meetings are held in the Civil Service Conference room on the 4^th floor of City Hall.
