The City of Binghamton Board of Estimate and Apportionment was established by the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 18, Article IV, § 18-28.
Members
In accordance with Chapter 18, Article IV of the Code of the City of Binghamton, the Board of Estimate & Apportionment is composed of the Mayor, Comptroller, Commissioner of Public Works, Corporation Counsel and City Engineer. The Mayor acts as Chair and the City Clerk serves as the secretary to the Board.
